Warning

Event

Dutch-based Ryanair crew members at Eindhoven Airport (EIN) announced on Monday, October 22, that they will hold a 24-hour strike on Tuesday, October 23. According to union leaders, 90 percent of the crew members will participate in the strike, which is being held to protest the decision to close the Ryanair base in the city. Ryanair released a statement saying that the work stoppage will not impact flights from EIN; however, flight delays and cancelations are still possible on Tuesday.

Advice

Potentially impacted travelers are advised to confirm the status of their flights prior to departure for the airport.
