Flights resumed at Mexico City-Benito Juárez International Airport (MEX) a little after 09:30 (local time) on Wednesday, November 21, after having been suspended since 05:15 due to heavy fog and low visibility. Incoming flights had been diverted to airports in other cities, including Toluca and Acapulco. Residual disruptions are to be anticipated in the coming hours as airlines clear backlogs.
