Clashes break out between far-right demonstrators and counterdemonstrators in Stockholm November 30

Clashes were reported between far-right demonstrators observing the 300th anniversary of King Karl XII's death and counterdemonstrators in Stockholm on Friday evening (local time), November 30. Far-right organizers of the demonstration called for participants to march to the King Karl XII statue in Kungsträdgården Park. According to local reports, two people were arrested and one police officer was wounded in the violence. A heightened security presence and localized traffic disruptions are to be expected in Stockholm over the coming hours.
