An explosion wounded two security guards during a holdup at a bank in Edmonton (Alberta province) early (local time) on Thursday, December 13. The suspect, who reportedly stole money from the bank, had not been caught as of midday on Thursday. A heightened security presence is to be expected in Edmonton until the assailant is caught.
