Tajik Air has suspended all flights as of Thursday, January 10. The state-owned airline, which operates out of Tajikistan and offered flights to India, Iran, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and various Russian cities, suspended its employees without pay and ceased operations until the government decides whether to declare bankruptcy later this month. Existing routes and operations, including flights with purchased tickets, will be absorbed by Somon Air until March 2019.
