Italy: Trenord railway workers to strike April 12

Trenord rail company personnel have announced a strike throughout Lombardia region on Friday, April 12, from 09:00 to 17:00 (local time).  The work stoppage is expected to impact rail service on Milan suburban lines and trains to Milan Malpensa Airport (MXP), among other destinations. Associated rail transportation delays and cancelations are expected throughout the Trenord network.
