Participants are expected to gather at Friedrich-Ebert-Straße at 10:00 (local time) then form a human chain on the following streets: Steinstraße, Königsallee, Theodor-Körner-Straße, Königsallee, Graf-Adolf-Platz, Haroldstraße, Johannes-Rau-Platz, Apolloplatz, and Landtagswiese. An associated rally is planned at the North Rhine-Westphalian State Parliament building at 14:30.
