Germany: Flight disruptions at TXL and SXF due to storm June 6

Flight disruptions have been reported at Berlin Tegel Airport (TXL) and Berlin Schönefeld Airport (SXF) as a severe storm bringing heavy rain, strong gusts, and hail hits Berlin and surrounding Brandenburg state on Thursday, June 6.

Lingering flight delays and cancelations are to be expected at TXL and SXF over the coming hours. Consequent traffic disruptions and power outages are also possible in Berlin and Brandenburg state.
