Cameroon: Two gendarmes killed by separatists in Northwest region July 9

Two Cameroonian gendarmes were killed in an ambush by suspected separatist fighters in Ndop (Northwest region) on Tuesday, July 9. The assailants reportedly attacked the gendarmes as they traveled to Kumbo.

Similar attacks are likely in Northwest region over the near term.
