US: Protest scheduled in Cincinnati on August 1

Opposition groups are scheduled to protest in Cincinnati (Ohio) on Thursday, August 1, nearby a campaign rally by President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence.

Organizers have promised a peaceful protest, under the banner 'We Stand Together,' and are scheduled to begin at 18:00 (local time) at the National Underground Railroad Freedom Center. The campaign rally will take place at U.S. Bank Arena and will begin at 19:00.

Heightened security measures and associated traffic disruptions are expected. Counter-protests by the rally's supporters are possible.
