Authorities have announced a series of road closures during the Kyiv Lights Festival, set to take place from Saturday, September 28, to Sunday, September 29 at the Kyiv City State Administration located on Khreshchatyk Street.

From 21:00 (local time) on Friday, September 27, until 07:00 on Monday, September 30, traffic will be blocked from the intersection of Khreschatyk Street and Architect Gorodetsky Street intersection to the Khreschatyk Street and Bohdan Khmelnytsky Street intersection.

Associated transportation disruptions are to be expected in the vicinity of the Kyiv City State Administration during the festival.

Context

The Kyiv Lights Festival (KLF) is organized annually and aims at using advanced technologies to set light sculptures, installations, and projections in the Ukrainian capital for two days. This year is the third edition of the festival.
