Ryanair to reduce operations nationwide and close Hamburg base October 16; confirm itineraries

The Irish airline Ryanair has announced on Thursday, October 16, that it will be reducing operations across Germany. The airline announced the closure of its base at Frankfurt International Airport (FRA), effective on Wednesday, January 8, 2020. As a result, seven routes with summer 2020 scheduling will be canceled: Faro, Lisbon, Gran Canaria, Oslo-Trop, Zadar, and the two non-stop routes of Verona and Krakow.
