Peru: Peruvian Airlines suspends all operations from October 4

Representatives of Peruvian Airlines announced on Friday, October 4, that the company has suspended all flight operations until further notice due to a lack of liquidity. The airline said that it is still looking for new investors in order to re-float the company. 

Context

On September 30, Peruvian Airlines said it was forced to cease flights for half a day due to being unable to pay fuel providers. The incident impacted sales and cash flow to an extent it said it could not recover from.
