Russia: Free e-visas to St. Petersburg open to 53 countries October 1

As of Tuesday, October 1, nationals of 53 countries are now eligible for free electronic visas to visit St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region for business, tourist, and humanitarian purposes. The online application for an eight-day single-entry visa must be completed no earlier than 20 days and no later than 4 days before planned entry.

Eligible nationals include French, German, Spanish, and Italian.
