Chile: Disabled groups to hold nationwide mobilization December 3
Over 100 groups to hold mobilization for disabled people in 18 cities on December 3; transportation disruptions to be expected

An estimated 180 organizations supporting rights for disabled groups are to hold mobilizations in 18 cities across Chile on Tuesday, December 3. The protest seeks to bring attention to issues individuals with disabilities face amid the International Day of Persons with Disabilities. Some of the scheduled protests are taking place in the following cities:
- Santiago: 11:00 (local time) at the Centro Cultural Gabriela Mistral (GAM)
- Antofagasta: 11:00 at the Arturo Prat and Manuel Antonio Matta intersection
- Coquimbo: 11:00 at the Empalme museum
- Talca: 12:00 at Plaza la Loba
Associated transportation disruptions and a heightened security presence are expected in the vicinity of the protests.
