"Trujilo Limpio" civil society group has called for an anti-government protest in Trujilo on Wednesday, January 8. Participant are expected to gather at 09:00 (local time) at Plazuela El Recreo.

A heightened security presence and localized transportation disruptions are to be expected near the demonstration site.
