Turkey: IED blast kills four in Silopi district (Şırnak province) June 17

The blast reportedly struck a vehicle in the vicinity of a construction site between Görümlü and Mount Judi. Local authorities have attributed the attack to the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK).
