Moldova: Protest to be held in Chisinau July 23

Veterans will gather to protest in the capital Chisinau on Thursday, July 23, to demand more social protection measures, such as free health insurance and a retirement age of 55, among other issues. Participants will reportedly gather outside the parliament building at 10:00 (local time). Protesters are also gathering to denounce alleged beatings by police during protests in the capital on July 16.
