Police declared riots in downtown Portland, Oregon, on Wednesday, November 4, after large-scale unrest broke out amid the controversy of vote counting in the US Presidential election. Governor Kate Brown activated the National Guard following widespread violence with a dozen arrests being reported. Multiple weapons and incendiary devices were confiscated throughout the evening. Minor injuries were reported among the crowd during the unrest.
