Albania maintaining domestic COVID-19 restrictions as of July 23; no international entry measures in effect.

Authorities are maintaining COVID-19-related domestic restrictions as of July 23. A daily 23:59-06:00 curfew remains in effect and facemasks remain mandatory in indoor public spaces. Gatherings are capped at 50 people.
All land borders are open, and no mandatory testing or quarantine requirements are in place. International flights and maritime passenger transport continue to operate to and from Albania. Persons traveling by air must sign a COVID-19 declaration before boarding their flight. Air passengers displaying symptoms of COVID-19 on arrival will be barred from entry.
Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
