Emergency crews are working to contain a wildfire burning in Osmaniye, Osmaniye Province, July 15. The fire began at 14:00 near the Osmaniye State Hospital near the village of Akyar and moved up to the perimeter of the hospital. Authorities have evacuated several nearby buildings.

Emergency services will almost certainly remain widely deployed in the impacted area to manage the fire. Additional evacuation orders and road closures are likely. Fires could also lead to power supply disruptions.
