Iraq: Activists plan nationwide protests Nov. 18

Activists plan to demonstrate nationwide Nov. 18 to demand accountability for the kidnapping and disappearance of thousands of protesters since October 2019. Organizers have announced that the main gathering will be at Tahrir Square in Baghdad from 15:00. Hundreds to thousands of individuals could attend the protests.
