Grenada: COVID-19-related restrictions remain unchanged as of Feb. 4 /update 41
COVID-19-related restrictions in Grenada remain unchanged as of Feb. 4 as compared with mid-January.
Event
As of Feb. 4, COVID-19-related restrictions in force in Grenada remain largely unchanged as compared to those in place in mid-January.
Domestic Measures
Grenada's existing health state of emergency will remain in effect through at least May 22. The use of facemasks remains mandatory in public spaces and only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to dine in at restaurants. Authorities lifted the previous nightly 00:01-04:00 curfew in early December amid an improved epidemiological situation.
International Travel Restrictions
All travelers must complete a Health Declaration Certificate, and those over the age of five must produce a negative result from PCR test taken within 72 hours prior to arrival in Grenada. Upon arrival, travelers will undergo a health screening.
Unvaccinated travelers must have a confirmed reservation at an approved accommodation for quarantine. The quarantine period for unvaccinated travelers is seven days; on the fifth day, the traveler must take a second PCR test. Individuals who test positive much remain in quarantine for an additional 14 days. Unvaccinated travelers are required to pay for their PCR test prior to arrival in the country.
Authorities could tighten, ease, or otherwise amend the existing travel requirements and curfew measures with little-to-no notice, depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
