Venezuela: Nationwide protests planned Feb. 12; pro- and anti-government gatherings in Caracas

In Caracas, opposition protesters plan to gather along Monsenor Juan Grilc Rezman Street from 10:00. A pro-government protest led by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela Youth plans to gather in the morning at Muro de Petare before marching to the Asamblea Nacional. Hundreds of people are likely to participate in the events. Gatherings outside Caracas are likely along major road routes, near government buildings, at prominent plazas, and city centers.
