Lithuania maintaining COVID-19 measures as of March 14. Some domestic and international entry restrictions remain in place.

Authorities in Lithuania are maintaining measures imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19 as of March 14.
Domestic Measures
Most businesses and services are operating subject to social distancing and capacity restrictions. Facemasks remain mandatory in enclosed public spaces.
International Travel Restrictions
Travelers from the EU, Schengen Area Countries, Switzerland, and the UK may enter without restriction.
Travelers from certain "third countries" may enter provided they possess either a certificate of vaccination, recovery, or a negative test; authorities accept PCR tests no older than 72 hours prior to entry. The list of third countries includes Albania, Armenia, Cape Verde, the Faroe Islands, Israel, Lebanon, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Panama, El Salvador, Serbia, Singapore, Northern Macedonia, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Togo, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, Uruguay, and the US.
Travel from all other locations is permitted for vaccinated travelers or essential reasons only.
All arrivals from outside the EU, Schengen Area, Switzerland, or the UK, must fill out an online entry questionnaire no more than 48 hours prior to arrival, available by clicking here.
Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
