The opposition Democratic Montenegro party has called for protests in Herceg Novi March 10 and Podgorica March 13. The gatherings have been organized in opposition to Prime Minister Dritan Abazovic. In Herceg Novi, demonstrators will gather near the Church of the Holy Savior. In Podgorica, demonstrators will gather at the Church of Christ's Resurrection. Both events begin at 18:00. Dozens to a few hundred people could participate in the gatherings.

Officials will likely deploy additional security personnel to monitor the gatherings. Ground travel disruptions are also likely near gathering areas. Clashes are possible if demonstrators are overly disruptive or ignore police orders to disperse. Counterprotests may occur. If opposing sides gather in proximity, confrontations may occur.
