Authorities continue to ease COVID-19 measures as of March 14; no international entry restrictions in place.

Authorities in Montenegro continue to ease restrictions imposed to combat the spread of COVID-19 as of March 14. Certificates of vaccination, recovery, or a recent negative test are not required for entry to Montenegro or for use of most facilities within Montenegro.

Domestic Measures
Facemasks are mandatory in indoor public spaces and crowded outdoor spaces. Cafes, bars, and restaurants may open 07:00-01:00; nightclubs are closed. Gatherings of up to 100 people are permitted.

International Travel Restrictions
There are no COVID-19 related restrictions on entry to Montenegro. Travelers do not need to possess proof of vaccination, recovery, or a recent negative test.

Authorities could reimpose, extend, further ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.

Follow all official instructions. Abide by national health and safety measures. Reconfirm all travel arrangements.
