Turkey: Security incident in Istanbul, March 24; casualties reported

Police are investigating a security incident in front of the Kucukcekmece Courthouse in Istanbul March 24. Three people were reportedly killed and at least four injured in a clash between two groups in front of the courthouse. Police have detained at least 13 people in connection with the violence.
