As of April 21, authorities in North Macedonia are no longer enforcing COVID-19-related international entry restrictions; the government issued a decision lifting the measures on April 20.

Domestic Measures
Most businesses and facilities can operate, provided they implement certain hygiene and social distancing measures. Facemasks are mandatory on public transport and in hospitals and pharmacies.

Authorities could extend, ease, or otherwise amend any restrictions with little-to-no notice, depending on disease activity over the coming weeks.
