US: Transport disruptions ongoing along Interstate 71 in Clinton County, Ohio, Aug. 11, due to police activity

All lanes in both directions of Interstate 71 are closed in Clinton County, Ohio, Aug. 11, due to police activity in the area. Authorities chased an armed suspect who reportedly fire shots at them. A 1.6 km (1 mile) radius lockdown is in place, from the intersection of Smith Road and Center Road, near the town of Kingman.

Interstate 71 is closed between State Route 73 and State Route 68. Parts of State Route 68 are also closed.
