Israel Airports Authority officials have stated that flight delays are possible at Ben Gurion Airport (TLV) as of early Sept. 22 after a suspect rammed a stolen vehicle through the airport entrance. Authorities have detained the perpetrator and did not report any casualties in connection with the incident. Security officials briefly guided travelers to an inner part of the airport as a precaution.

No flight disruptions were immediately reported in connection with the incident as all flights scheduled overnight Sept. 21-22 had already departed. Tighter security checks and related delays are possible at TLV through at least afternoon Sept. 22.
