Suspected bandits kidnaped up to 32 travelers near Ifon, Ondo State, Sept. 3. The incident occurred as they traveled from Benin (Edo State) after intending a burial ceremony. Additional security forces have been deployed in the area. There have been no reported ransom demands as yet.
