Activists have called for protests in Brisbane, Queensland, through Oct. 7 to denounce the Land Forces International Defense Exposition, which is occurring through Oct. 6. Protesters plan to demonstrate near the expo venue of Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, as well as at Jagera Hall. Activists marched along Grey Street near the exhibition site Oct. 5, causing traffic disruptions. Several dozen people will likely attend protests.
