Limited rail disruptions are occurring in Tokyo late Oct. 20 due to a power outage between Shibuya and Kiyosami-Shirakawa stations. Tokyo Den-en-toshi Line services are suspended between Shibuya and Saginoma stations. Tokyo Skytree Line services are also suspended between Oshiage and Hikifune stations. The outages had disrupted metro services on the Hanzomon Line, though metro trains have resumed along the line. Rail services were expected to resume 19:00, though delays may occur. Service disruptions are possible after trains resume running due to backlogs.

Rail service disruptions may continue through late Oct. 20.
