Montengro: Civil society groups to protest outside Parliament in Podgorica Nov. 28

Civil society groups and political parties, including the oppositon Social Democrats, will lead a demonstration in Podgorica on Nov. 28. Participants will gather outside Parliament on Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog around 18:00 for a rally to denounce the government over various political issues. Several thousand activists could attend the gathering.

Authorities will deploy additional police to monitor the gathering. Large crowds and related security measures will likely prompt localized disruptions. The gathering will likely conclude peacefully.
