Authorities at Jorge Chavez International Airport (LIM) in Callao resumed domestic and international flight services Nov. 20 following an earlier incident. The airport was closed Nov. 18 following a collision between LATAM Airlines (LA) Flight 2213 and a firetruck. The accident killed at least two firefighters. Callao is located immediately west of Lima.

Lingering disruptions to flight schedules are possible through early Nov. 21 as officials clear the backlog of flights.
