Protesters will gather at Toyama Park from 14:00, before embarking on a march at 14:30 toward Takadanobaba Japan Rail (JR) Station, Waseda-dori Post Office, and Ana-hachimangu Shrine before returning to Toyama Park. Dozens to several hundred people could participate in the demonstration.
