Multiple explosions occurred in Kharkiv and Odesa regions early March 9. The strikes targeted critical infrastructure and damaged some residential buildings in the cities of Kharkiv and Odesa. According to the mayor of Kharkiv, power outages occurred in some parts of the city. Officials in Odesa also reduced the electricity supply after the strikes. No casualties were immediately reported. Further strikes are possible.
