The 100-kg (220-lb) bomb was found during construction work at the corner of Langen and Andreas streets in the city's Friedrichshain neighborhood. Police will impose a 350-meter (383-yard) evacuation zone from 08:00. S-Bahn trains between Ostbahnhof and Alexanderplatz will be suspended; regional, InterCity, and Intercity Express trains will be diverted.
