Transport disruptions are almost certain on the Cholula-Huejotzingo Highway (Federal Highway 190) in Cholula, Puebla, as of July 21 due to an ongoing roadblock by activists from the Cocoyotla community denouncing the drilling of a water well in San Matias Cocoyotla, San Pedro Cholula. Police have been deployed to the scene; however, it is unclear if they will remove the roadblock.
