Moldova: Air Moldova extends ongoing airline flight suspension through July 31

Air Moldova (9U) has extended flight suspensions through July 31 due to the ongoing company restructuring process. Since early May, Air Moldova management submitted an urgent restructuring request due to the risk of bankruptcy, suspending all flights and ticket sales. The previous suspension was set to expire on July 16.

There will likely be heightened demand for alternative available flights operating at Chisinau International Airport (KIV) through July 31. Further extensions of the ongoing suspension are possible.
