DBS online and payment services are reportedly down across Singapore as of 19:00 Oct. 14. Customers are reportedly unable to log into online banking services or use ATMs and other payment services. According to a DBS statement, the disruptions are due to an issue at a data center. Services are expected to be progressively restored from 19:00.

DBS service disruptions are likely to continue over the coming hours. Lingering commercial disruptions are possible even after the bank resolves the issue.
