The South African National Roads Agency (SANRAL) plans to close sections of the N2 and M13 highways ahead of the planned demolition of a bridge over the highway, Oct. 14-16. Disruptions are likely to affect the nearby N3. The agency has suggested using the M4, M7, and M19 as possible alternatives. The road closure will be effective 18:00 Oct. 14-05:00 Oct. 16; the closure period is subject to change at short notice.

Localized transport disruptions and freight delays from increased congestion are likely for the duration of the closure.
