Activists associated with the Coordination of Civil Society Organizations of Burkina Faso plan to stage a pro-government rally at the Palais des Sports complex in the Ouaga 2000 District of Ouagadougou on the morning of Nov. 5, while some reports state the rally will begin at 08:00, conflicting reports suggest that participants may gather at 07:00. The purpose of the rally is to demonstrate support for the transitional government while the event may express anti-French sentiment, the rally is expected to attract nearly 1,000 participants.
