Heavy fog disrupts flights at Benito Juarez International Airport and Felipe Angeles International Airport in Mexico City, Mexico, Nov. 6.

Warning

Heavy fog is causing flight disruptions at Benito Juarez International Airport (MEX) and Felipe Angeles International Airport (NLU) in Mexico City, early Nov. 6. Authorities stated all departure and arrival flights are suspended at MEX; similar disruptions have also been reported at NLU. It is unclear when normal flight operations will resume.

Disruptions are likely to continue for several hours Nov. 6, even after the fog lifts, as airlines work to clear passenger backlogs.
