Activists plan to protest at the Office of the High Representative located at Emerika Bluma 1 in Sarajevo from 12:05 Dec. 20. The purpose of the demonstration is to demand that High Representative Christian Schmidt change national election laws to implement more efficient ballot counting and mandatory voting. It is unclear how many participants may attend.
