Unidentified assailants stormed the Pupule locality, Taraba State, at around 01:00 on Dec. 19, kidnapping at least 21 individuals. Among the victims were a local traditional ruler and two police officers. Authorities have confirmed the incident and launched search-and-rescue operations in the area.
