India: Increased security, related disruptions almost certain in parts of Uttar Pradesh State Feb. 23 amid prime minister's official visit

Increased security and related disruptions to transport and business services are almost certain to occur in parts of Uttar Pradesh on Feb. 23 during Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to the state. The prime minister's itinerary primarily features a visit to Varanasi and its surrounding areas. Modi will visit several locations, including Agro Park, Banaras Hindu University (BHU), the Panchkoshi Parikrama Marg (Five-Circuit Pilgrimage Route), Ramna, and Shri Guru Ravidas Ji Birthplace Gurughar Golden Temple, as well as multiple national highways.
