South Korea: Unionized metro workers call off strike planned in Incheon Feb. 5 /update 1

Workers from Incheon Metro Service Union have called off a strike initially planned for 18:00 Feb. 5-09:00 Feb. 7. The purpose of the work stoppage was to demand the fulfillment of promises to improve wage and working conditions of rail workers. Organizers agreed to call off the action following successful negotiations with officials.
