Police are responding to a shooting near the 1300 block of 4th Street SE in Washington, DC, early Feb. 29. Several roads in the area have been closed. Bus routes have also been diverted. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain unclear; however, there are indications that a security official was shot at approximately 06:00.
